A few times a week I troll around the Web looking for links that we feature in the Grandparents.com Newsletter. What?!?! You're not signed up? Well, get on that! 
Anyway, I thought I'd feature a few of those links here in this blog as well with some additional commentary. Why not, right? Here we go:
** Grandmother Returns from Iraq - I thought this was an inspirational story whether or not you're a grandparent.
** Laptop With a Mission Widens Its Audience - I think I'm going to get one (well, two actually) of these for Christmas. It seems like a neat toy to mess around with and I love the idea that one would also go to somewhere in the world that could really use it.
** 20 Innovations That Have Radically Changed the College Experience - I think I'm glad they didn't have energy drinks when I was in college. I slept so little as it was.
** Illustrated Body Mass Index Examples - This is kind of neat. "Real" people are uploading pictures of themselves along with their BMI (body mass index) number. You'll be surprised by some of the results.
