Fun Trip to Drive-In Cut Short

Well here's a story you don't hear every day.

Fun Trip to Drive-in Cut Short

BECKLEY, W.Va. (AP) -- He told police he just wanted to take the grandkids out for a spin and treat them to some food at an area drive-in restaurant.

But Grandpa was warned by a Beckley police officer that hauling four children, all around age 4, in a motorboat being pulled by a lawnmower isn't a very good idea.

Gramps wasn't charged with any crimes.

What kind of stuff have you done with your grandchildren that has been a little outside of the norm?

If what Grandpa did wasn't so border line dangerous for the kids...it would really be funny. I have always been one for visualizing what I read and I have to admit the picture that came to me did make me giggle. Thanks Matt, I needed that today.
