What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

Enjoying the children and not having to be the major disciplinary..Grama is the retreat !! What happens at Gramas stays at gramas....No bedtime, pancakes for dinner, eating in front of the television...These are things that are not allowed at home,{ kids need routine and rules} but one night at gramas is a treat...

If you want to get to know me, I would start by telling you...

I am a single grama, with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I work as a hairdresser in Florida and absolutely love what I do.. I must say that my grandkids are the joy of my life...I dont know what it is about grandkids but it is certainly a one of a kind and special love..Perhaps its because we are finally the friend and good guy , not the disciplinary person in their lives who makes the rules, ...at gramas if we want pancakes for dinner then we have pancakes....because "What happens at Gramas, stays at Gramas!"
