What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

Being with my grandaughter. Being able to share things with her. They live upstairs so I am able to be with her all the time and I know some grandparents arent able to see or be with their grandchildre like I am. So I feel very blessed.

I am 41 years old and have 3 grown children all married except for 1. I have 1 granddaughter and a step-grandson. My granddaughter is 7 and my grandson is 2 soon to be 3 on friday. I am disabled, I have an associates in applied science. I am married to a wonderful, wonderful man. We have been married for 14 years but have been together for almost 25 years off and on. I come from a big family who enjoyed big holidays and birthdays. I try to do the same for my grandchildren.
